Do not use zExpense until after January 17th 2022

Until 17 January 2022 there is a ban on using zExpense for the settlement of travel and expenses to be included in SDU's accounts for 2022. The ban applies to

• Travels completed on or after 1 January 2022 and
• Outlays held on or after 1 January 2022

It is not technically possible in zExpense to prevent settlement relating to 2022 being entered over the next twelve days. However, the Travel Office will not complete such settlements and all open settlements in zExpense will - as previously mentioned - be deleted after 10 January 2022.

In order to avoid double work for the travelers and the persons who have made an outlay, it is therefore forbidden to enter settlements in zExpense, which relate to expenses incurred in 2022.
