The prize was awarded to Peter Krustrup, Professor of Sport and Health and PhD in Occupational Physiology. Peter Krustrup is employed at the Department of Sports Science and Clinical Biomechanics at the SDU's Faculty of Health Sciences. He receives the award for being the most prolific publisher and most cited researcher in his field, and also for his unique ability to communicate his research and to develop and implement health-promoting concepts on a large scale.
