The recipient of SDU's 2023 Research Dissemination Prize is Associate
Professor Lykke Margot Ricard.
She researches sustainable innovation, design and technology development and
has made an extraordinary effort to share her knowledge.
Her research focuses on preparing industry for the circular economy. She does this by identifying future innovation opportunities. This applies to both product design, robotics and recycled raw materials, which can lower the global consumption of materials and CO 2 emissions. These are areas which companies and populations all over the world have a great need to know more about to facilitate the green transition.
Lykke Margot Ricard's dissemination is particularly characterised by its breadth and versatility. She takes on the classic expert role for, among others, the Ministry of the Environment and the European Commission. A frequent and eloquent commentator in the media, she creates lively dialogue with upper secondary school students and young entrepreneurs at cultural festivals and entrepreneurial hackathons.
For this great and varied impact, SDU awards Lykke Margot Ricard this year's Research Dissemination Prize.
