We are a young, dedicated and dynamic research unit working along with patients and dedicated national and international partners in multiple research areas including clinical research, epidemiology, basic research, retinal imaging, artificial intelligence, register-based research, and virtual training. Our research in ophthalmology is both internationally recognized and fully integrated with the everyday clinical practice of both health care professionals and students as well as the everyday life of patients.
We are always trying to attract dedicated new talents for ophthalmic research, so do feel free to join us for a cup of coffee and let us share each other’s ideas and visions for a future free of blindness.
